Sexy Mixed Oil Wrestling from Steel Kittens

All the rules of wrestling go out the window when oil is introduced. Even a man with superior strength can’t count on his usual moves to pin a lithe beauty, slick with oil. Both combatants have to get creative, and it’s not unusual for clothing to come off as they struggle to gain control.

In “Deep Fried,” Peter wastes no time of stripping Belle of her top, perhaps hoping that it will gain him some advantage. But no matter what punishment he exerts on her perfect body, Belle retaliates until the sexy finish. In “Oil Change,” Hollywood and Sandy don’t lose their tops, but oil renders them both see-through and little defense as these two Kittens face off against Chuck and Tony–ultimately defeating the two men in a hot tag-team match.

The Importance of Heavy Strength Training to Build Muscle Mass

A lot of fitness trainees won’t identify the importance of heavy strength training to build muscle mass. No matter what the “everything-in-moderation” preachers try to tell you, trust me when I tell you that heavy strength training will lead to big increases in muscle mass.

Now, I realize that the particular term “heavy” means different things to various people. By heavy, What I’m saying is constantly challenging yourself to lift more weight than the body has already been acclimated to lifting week in and week out-whatever that amount of weight might be. I’ve met numerous trainees that have lifted the same amount of weight for literally years-and worry about the key reason why they’ve hit training plateaus and not building muscle mass.

The Perfect Solution is pretty easy to understand.

I firmly believe that heavy resistance training is exactly what you need to efficiently build high-quality, dense muscle mass in the shortest amount of time. I like to consider the human body like a “sensitive adapting machine”. In the event you lift heavy weights, you call upon your body’s adaptive capacity to generate the required adjustments. Your body must adapt in order to handle the load of heavy weight. Basically, you force the muscles to grow. In case your body wants to survive the trauma you’ve created through heavy strength training, it’s got no other choice.

This outline identifies what is actually known as muscle hypertrophy. The muscles of the body grow bigger and stronger in order to adequately adjust to the demanding conditions of its environment.

Heavy strength training is considered the most efficient strategy to build muscle mass. How do I define the word “efficient” in relation to building muscle? Efficient muscle-building is getting the maximum results in the shortest stretch of time whilst putting forth the very least amount of effort.

Why is heavy strength training so efficient? Heavy training is a lot more mentally efficient because you really need to concentrate and focus for a shorter amount of time. The shorter the period of time you must concentrate and focus, the higher your chances of exerting 100% of your capabilities within a particular set and all through your whole workout. So Heavy Strength Training is vital to Build Muscle Mass as quickly as your genetic makeup allows.
